Often Feel Easily Tired When Running?
Hello respected doctor, I am currently 16 years old and I think I have decreased endurance. When I was in elementary school I had very strong endurance and was even able to run fast without being tired (really active) during fasting even though I was small. I myself also won high jumps and running competitions. R nBut as I got older and went to junior high, I could feel a decrease. I ran around the school twice. It was tiring at first, but then I didn’t feel well until I was sick when I didn’t go to school. R n r nWhen the high school I felt there was a decrease again. I was running around the field ten times if I’m not mistaken, which wasn’t too broad. Then I felt nauseous and weak as if I almost fainted (I had never felt faint before). Once every exercise until now. Even a few weeks ago I threw up my breakfast when I was just jumping rope until I entered the bench. I also feel tight when running. I ended up rarely following corner activities. In the past, this kind of activity was very good for me. R n r nIf the doctor was curious about my activities r n-I had a lot of free time, but I also rarely slept during the daytime r n-When I was in junior high first time feeling full school and activity density r n- High school time is the same as junior high school and even staying up late r n r n Is it possible because of my school activities too? r n r nThank you very much. Sorry if belibet ..
Hello, Thank you for the question.
A person's health is influenced by various factors ranging from genetics, diet (consumption of food and drinks), exercise habits, psychological stress levels, and environmental factors. Are there other problems with your body's resistance when doing activities, such as sports, do you experience other complaints? A person's body's resistance to physical activity can be gradually increased by exercising regularly. Complaints of weakness until almost fainting that you experience is most likely caused by reduced blood flow to the brain due to increased heart rate after exercise. When someone is exercising, the heart rate will normally increase. Increased heart rate causes the amount of blood pumped throughout the body to decrease. In those who have been exercising frequently, heart function will be better able to adapt to this physical activity so that blood flow throughout the body is maintained. You really have to adjust the ability of your body to the physical activity that you are living because the resilience of one person to another varies.
A decrease in body health conditions can be affected by the following conditions:
