Often Feel Guilty Accompanied By Self-humiliation, Emotional Instability And Difficulty Sleeping?
Hello. Can you help me if I have a mental problem? I feel guilty and humble myself when problems arise, lack of enthusiasm for activities, emotional instability (sometimes laughing and crying without cause), sleep sometimes not sound, lack of focus in anything make grades less satisfying, unfocused and often daydreaming when with a boyfriend. Are there any solutions? Thank you
Hello, thank you for the question to HealthReplies.com
Basically when you experience significant life function disorders due to certain mental conditions that you have (for example because your mood is always sad / depressed or too happy / manic, because of unusual behavior and mindset, excessive fear or anxiety, etc.) then You can be said to have a mental disorder. Significant disruption of life functions can include work or learning disruptions, disruption of socialization with others (including constant confinement in the room, being unable to maintain close relationships with others, tendency to hurt others), inability to care for oneself (including the tendency or thoughts of suicide or self-harm).
If you experience a dysfunction of life as mentioned above, then you should check with a psychologist or a psychiatrist. Psychologists or psychiatrists can help diagnose the cause of your mental disorders and help provide therapy for you, can be in the form of psychotherapy (can be done by psychologists or psychiatrists) or drugs (can only be given by psychiatrists).
The following are some things you can do for a while:
Try to reduce your stress at work or school
Take time to take a vacation and do activities that you like
Try to do relaxation exercises more often, for example doing deep breathing exercises, yoga, or meditation
Take enough sleep and rest every day (at least 7-9 hours a day)
Eat regularly and in sufficient quantities
So much information from me, hopefully enough answer
