Hello. Can you help me if I have a mental problem? I feel guilty and humble myself when problems arise, lack of enthusiasm for activities, emotional instability (sometimes laughing and crying without cause), sleep sometimes not sound, lack of focus in anything make grades less satisfying, unfocused and often daydreaming when with a boyfriend.
