Often Feel Hot When Outside The Room?
Hello, my doctor would like to ask, so I’m 16 years old in high school in class 3. Every time in the school, I like to feel hot even though the temperature is just normal / not hot. then my mouth also likes to feel hot gt and my breath is also hot, sometimes my eyes also feel heavy and hot gt, my body is hot all the while temperature is normal. I guess it’s because I wore double clothes, but apparently not because of that. is it stressful? I guess that’s why? there are tips so that it doesn’t look cool and cool right now ???? how much is answered yes dokkk because I feel uncomfortable thanks beforehand.
Hello, thank you for the question to HealthReplies.com
If you often feel the heat when the air around you is not hot, you often feel unable to stand the weather that is a little hot, then you are said to have an intolerance to heat. Heat intolerance can be caused by several possibilities, including:
side effects of certain drugs (such as drugs that have anticholinergic effects, stimulant drugs)
excessive caffeine consumption
neurological disorders such as multiple sclerosis, dysautonomia (for example due to diabetes, Parkinson's disease, excessive alcohol consumption, etc.)
psychological disorders (such as excess stress, anxiety disorders, perception disorders, etc.)
Research also shows that people who are overweight and lack of exercise will have a tolerance to lower heat.
You can try to use clothing from materials that absorb sweat and change your clothes when wet. We recommend using clothes that are more loose and brighter in color. Drink more fluids, you may also drink liquids with a cooler temperature, to avoid dehydration. It is better to avoid doing physical activities under the sun during the day, and use air conditioner if possible. You can also compress the back of your neck with a towel dipped in cold / cool water.
If you feel other symptoms such as excessive sweating, your body often trembles, or objectively your body temperature does increase, you should consult a doctor.
So much information from me, hopefully enough answer
