hello, i am 20 years old. I have been in the habit of biting my nails for a long time, until now my nails are very small. I often feel scared and anxious when in a crowded place or when with friends that I am not close to. often feel very afraid to come to class. I also experienced insomnia. I have been trembling in the past month and my heart is beating so fast that it feels tight. Is this an anxiety disorder? then what should be done?
