But I can see something happening or something I want to know just by closing my eyes. rneyes and focus.rnrnPlease answer yes.and sorry for many questions.

Hi Mesa,

Thanks for the question. Having experienced the same thing is called 'deja vu'. This can happen to anyone. Deja vu is the feeling of having experienced or done the same thing as in the past. This condition can be experienced by healthy people but can also be caused by:

mental health disorders such as dissociative identity disorder, schizophrenia
have a certain genetic
Impaired synchronization of information in the brain, which is a deviation between short-term memory and long-term memory
Disorders of the medial temporal lobe of the brain

If this complaint is not accompanied by other symptoms such as seizures, headaches, or anxiety, then this condition is nothing to worry about and does not require specific treatment.

Loss of focus / concentration when you are doing an activity can also happen to anyone. This condition has a lot to do with fatigue, lack of sleep, high stress levels, other distractions that are more interesting to you, migraines, low blood sugar levels, and drug abuse. You need to be concerned about this condition if this happens frequently/repeatedly, you can't remember what happened after that, or you experience changes in behavior.

Does it really happen when you close your eyes and see something you want to know? The human mind is easily distracted or directed by our desire to see or experience something. If you want something, your brain can just imagine it right away. The term indigo itself is not known in the medical world because there is no examination or medical device that can prove the truth of this condition. Indigo is usually known from an early age. Children will have more academic abilities, are more creative, have deeper intuition. Thus, in medical science, it cannot be said for sure whether you are an indigo.

Hope this information is useful.
