Often Sneeze When You Smell A Sharp And Pungent Odor?
I jk smell cooking or pungent perfume smells like to sneeze and sneeze continuously until runny mucus comes out. Is that a danger?
Good morning, thanks for asking at HealthReplies.com. Sneezing, coughing, and vomiting are examples of reflexes that exist in the human body. These three reflexes can be triggered if the stimulation center is triggered, either by solid, liquid, or by a trigger in a psychic form.
In sneezing, the reflex center is in the nose. When the nose or center is irritated by airborne chemicals in strong food or perfume odors, or by dust, animal hair and pollen. Sneezing can happen. The clear mucus that usually accompanies it is intended to win over the object so that it does not cause a sneeze reflex. So, in essence, this is a normal and harmless situation.
However, if this condition persists, even when you do not smell strong odors, consult a doctor for further tests. So, hopefully it answers your question.
