Often Throbbing Eyes Accompanied By Headaches In The Morning And High Blood Pressure?
I want to ask … why does one eye often turn on a headache every morning … new age 16 but I already have high blood pressure 140 and affect the blood ??? Please answer … then what’s the cure … thanks
Frequent throbbing eyes and headaches can occur due to several causes either due to interference with the head structure itself or due to other medical conditions. Normal blood pressure is systolic pressure below 130 mmHg and diastolic pressure below 90 mmHg. Increased blood pressure itself can be triggered by many causes ranging from lifestyle, lack of rest, excessive salt consumption, lack of physical activity, age, heredity, smoking and health problems and also psychological problems such as stress and anxiety. Symptoms that can arise due to increased blood pressure include headaches, weakness, vision problems, chest pain, shortness of breath and others.
At a young age often the condition of increased blood pressure is triggered by lifestyles such as staying up late, lack of rest, excessive gadget use, poor diet, lack of activity, smoking habits and others. For that, some efforts that can be done to overcome this are by improving lifestyle, fulfilling the need for rest, not sleeping late, limiting the use of gadgets such as smartphones, computers, watching television and others, improving eating patterns by eating small portions but more often, fulfilling fluid needs, eat balanced nutritious foods, manage stress well and be diligent in exercising and avoid smoking or alcoholic beverages.
Strive to also conduct periodic health checks. If the complaint persists, tell the parents to be examined by a doctor to find out the cause and given treatment in accordance with the cause.
