Good evening, thanks for asking at HealthReplies.com. We understand your concern. With the condition of the corona virus outbreak everywhere now, we do have to be more strict with social / physical advice and still choose to stay at home if there is no important business, especially if we have to go to the hospital.
The conditions that you experience with the following symptoms can occur due to various possibilities, including:
Stomach acid disease
And other possibilities also depend on the results of the examination. Our advice, try to do independent handling first by avoiding the consumption of coffee, spicy, sour, oily, fatty and coconut milk, eat regularly, increase consumption of warm water, and avoid smoking. In addition, maintain ideal body weight, do not immediately lie down after eating, inhale aromatherapy, apply balm on the chest and abdomen, and try to find if there are other triggers besides lying down. If there is, avoid as much as possible. If this treatment is successful, there is no need to see a doctor.
But if symptoms persist or even worsen, then staying at home will only harm you. If so, check with your lung doctor immediately or go to the nearest hospital emergency room. Meanwhile, manage stress well and get enough rest. So, hopefully answering your question.
