Out Of Breath
Doc, I want to ask for 2 days, I am having a hard time breathing, especially on the right, several times I want to sneeze, but I can’t, if my left nose is closed like there is a blockage, in my neck it feels narrow and then the neck and upper chest (right in the middle there is a hollow ) like someone is pressing, why do you dock? And what should I do? thank you
Thank you for the question.
Difficulty in breathing, want to sneeze continuously, nasal congestion, and neck and chest feels depressed may indicate you have allergies, such as cold, animal hair, pollen, dust mites, mold spores, even various other substances in the air. This allergy arises because a combination of genetic and environmental factors that make the immune system mistakenly recognize a substance that comes in contact with the body as dangerous, when in fact it is not. In severe cases, allergies can even cause sufferers to experience shortness of breath, wheezing, coughing, neck and chest like choking, palpitations, to anaphylactic shock which is very deadly.
It could also, besides being allergic, your complaint is caused by other factors, such as a viral or bacterial infection, breathing in dry air or certain chemical fumes, entry of foreign bodies, benign or malignant tumors, sensitivity to certain drugs, and many other potential triggers.
To improve, you can do it first:
Compress warm chest, nose and neck that feels uncomfortable
Take a shower with warm water, apply a warm cream on your body, and wear warm clothes
Diligent drinking and eating warm, complete with fruits rich in vitamin C
As long as it's not healed, don't eat and drink cold and excessive gas
Stay away from cigarettes and things that might trigger allergies (as mentioned above)
Use a mask as long as your nose and neck still feel uncomfortable
Rest and regular exercise every day
Don't take medicine carelessly
Stay away from excessive anxiety
The rest, if the complaint does not improve in a long time, or if breathing problems arise that are so disturbing that it makes you unable to even light activities, it's better to check yourself immediately to the doctor or doctor of internal medicine, yes. 19, you also need to do this examination early, especially if you have been in contact with sufferers or suspects of COVID-19.
Hope this helps ...
