Hello, thank you for asking at HealthReplies.com
Some diseases are characterized by symptoms of shortness of breath, namely:
1. Psychological disorders, such as, stress, depression, anxiety disorders and panic attacks.
2. Dyspepsia, which is stomach pain caused by increased production of stomach acid. Also known as magh disease or stomach acid.
3. Lung diseases, such as asthma, pneumonia, ARI (acute respiratory infections). One cause of ARI is infection by a new type of Corona virus.
4. Heart disease, such as heart failure, coronary heart disease and others.
If shortness of breath causes you to not be able to speak, it is better to go directly to the nearest emergency room to be examined directly and can be given immediate treatment. However, if shortness of breath is felt occasionally or does not interfere, you can consult the nearest doctor via SMS, whatsapp message or telephone. The doctor will explore the risk factors for your husband's risk factors for Corona virus infection. The doctor who handles your husband will provide further treatment.
Meanwhile, tell your husband to relax by inhaling deeply then exhaling slowly through the mouth. Do this relaxation repeatedly, especially when an attack occurs until your husband feels calm and comfortable. Keep the house clean from dust, to the corners and roofs of houses that are rarely reached. Give every room in your home an adequate air and lighting exchange by opening curtains, doors and windows of the house. Don't forget to always avoid physical contact by keeping a minimum distance of 1 m from other people.
Thus hopefully useful.
