Then now on the 27th I have no more spots of blood … what’s that blood? And what is natural to get out of spots in 1 month. Thanks
Hello Rossy, Thank you for the question.
Bleeding that occurs outside the time of menstruation can be caused by:
hormonal disorders, for example due to excessive physical activity, high stress levels, drastic changes in body weight, strict diet, thyroid hormone disorders, polycystic ovary syndrome, implantation bleeding, which is bleeding due to the attachment of fertilization to the uterine wall of ovulation, namely when the egg is released mature into the fallopian tubes inflammation of the pelvis inflammation of the vagina or cervix You can do the following suggestions:
avoid too much physical activity, get plenty of rest, exercise regularly, avoid strict diets, improve your diet by increasing your consumption of nutritious foods to manage stress well. If this bleeding is temporary and has stopped, you can continue to monitor these symptoms for a while. If the bleeding does not stop or happens repeatedly, please consult an obstetrician and gynecologist for further tests.
I hope this helps.
