Hello, I’m sorry I want to ask, my menstruation is already late from the previous date but only a few days late, and 1 week ago I often felt stomach cramps, lumbago, felt dense and sore, very sensitive, I also often feel dizzy, I thought I wanted my period but 4 days later I was not menstruating which is not as usual I only felt stomach cramps and lumbago which the next day I had my period immediately, and 3 days ago there were only blood spots I thought the next day I would have my period but not really , and yesterday I finally had my period but it was not like usual it came out a lot and my stomach felt so painful, and a few hours ago when I wanted to change my sanitary pad I saw there was a clot I thought the blood clot but after I took it and washed it was like not blood but the flesh and a little like there is blood, but so far I don’t have any symptoms, let alone vaginal discharge, and it’s not like my period so far, did I get pregnant and had a miscarriage?
Menstruation is normally 21-35 days with a length of 3-7 days. Menstruation can differ from one cycle to another in terms of number, duration and accompanying symptoms. Occasional late menstruation is usually not a problem. Late menstruation can occur due to stress and fatigue as well as due to hormonal imbalances, the influence of family planning or other diseases in the reproductive organs. If this happens only once, it's best not to worry and monitor it.
White lumps during menstruation are usually harmless, either due to cervical mucus or endometrial shedding. If you are worried that it is a miscarriage you can do a pregnancy test with a testpack. The pregnancy hormones usually haven't disappeared and can still be detected at this time.
If there are other complaints such as severe abdominal pain, bleeding that doesn't stop, dizziness or others, immediately go to your obstetrician for a checkup.
