A cyst is a fluid-filled cyst, in your case it might be an ovarian cyst. Ovarian cysts are cysts that grow in the ovaries. Some ovarian cysts are functional, some are pathological.
Functional cysts are part of the menstrual cycle and do not interfere with fertility. While there are several types of pathological cysts, namely:
Cysts that do not affect fertility: dermoid cysts, adenoma cysts Cysts that affect fertility: endometrioma, polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) If you want to undergo a pregnancy program, I recommend that you consult again about cysts and pregnancy programs at the obstetrician who treats you. If the cyst is a functional cyst or does not interfere with fertility, then you don't need to worry. Ovarian cyst treatment is done if the cyst is large or causes complaints. Meanwhile, if the intended cyst is endometrioma and PCOS, then further treatment is needed by an obstetrician to treat it in order to increase the chance of pregnancy.
Thus the best step at this time is to consult again with your gynecologist. You should also improve a healthy lifestyle with adequate rest, consumption of healthy and nutritious food, regular exercise, avoid stress, avoid cigarette smoke and alcohol, and always think positively and follow the doctor's recommendations.
