Hello Desy, thank you for the question to HealthReplies.com
Facial skin can become oily due to several factors, including:
genetic hormonal changes (for example when starting to enter puberty) poor facial treatment including improper use of cosmetics other factors such as weather, dietary patterns, etc. Oily facial skin more often experience other problems such as the appearance of blackheads and pimples. Here are some things you can do to treat oily faces:
Wash your face regularly, but don't wash it too often. Washing 2x a day is enough. Make sure you wash your face with a mild soap (choose soap that is intended for oily skin types, such as soap containing salicylic acid, BHA, glycolic acid, or benzoyl peroxide) Avoid using soap containing scrubs. You can do facial scrubbing approximately 2x a week. Rub your face gently when washing your face, rubbing too hard can actually trigger excess oil production. Even though your face type is an oily face type, you still have to use a moisturizer for your face. Choose facial moisturizers that are intended for oily skin types. Be careful in choosing cosmetics. It is better to choose cosmetics that are non-comedogenic and choose cosmetics that are free of oil. Make sure you always protect your facial skin from sun exposure. Use a hat or umbrella on a hot day, and make sure you always use sunscreen when you leave the house in the morning or afternoon. Choose sunscreen that is made for the face. If indeed there are currently lots of blackheads on your face, you can also consult with a dermatologist directly or with a beauty doctor to do blackheads removal action.
