Overcome Irregular Menstruation?
at night, I am 20 years old, I want to askrnIn November 2017 I had my period on the 27th. But in December I did not have my period, and on January 6 I had my period. And this month (February) until the 11th I haven’t had my period either. and on February 4th I came out with brown discharge, but only for 2 days. I thought I was going to have my period but after that I came back with milky white vaginal discharge and I haven’t had my period until now.rthat’s why?rnThank you 🙂
Please note that menstruation normally occurs cyclically every 21-35 days and lasts for 3-7 days. As for menstruation that is not smooth like what you are experiencing, basically it can be caused by the following possible causes:
Unbalanced hormonal factors Fatigue or stress Irregular or malnourished diet Losing or gaining weight too fast Obesity/overweight Using contraception Presence of medical problems such as polycystic ovary syndrome or thyroid disorders
If the complaint persists, especially if menstruation continues to slow down or even stop, then you should consult a gynecologist so that he can be examined in more detail. Ancillary tests such as ultrasound or blood tests may be recommended by the doctor if deemed necessary to further investigate the cause. Thus, you can be given the right treatment according to your basic condition.
To maintain the regulation of the menstrual cycle, the following are suggestions that you can do:
Set a balanced nutritional pattern Get enough rest and reduce strenuous activities Don't be too tired Minimize stress Maintain ideal body weight Avoid strict diets Regular light exercise
