Overcome The Baby’s Fever Accompanied By Vomiting Vomiting?
my child is vomiting “I have been taken to the doctor. now the vomit has healed but the body is hot. may I give fraxion medicine to buy a pharmacy with nausea medicine
Hi Marsinah .. Thank you for the question.
Vomiting in infants is normal, but there is vomiting that needs to get the attention of parents. After drinking milk, the milk you drink can come back because the muscular ring that limits the esophagus and stomach does not close completely. This is called spit up. However, vomiting that occurs continuously can occur because there is a viral or bacterial infection, food poisoning, respiratory infections, ear infections, milk intolerance. Noteworthy from a child who is vomiting is the incidence of dehydration / lack of fluids. Signs of a dehydrated child are a child who becomes thirsty or does not want to drink, eyes appear sunken, BAK becomes rare, children are weak.
While the fever is still there you can give paracetamol including fraxion containing paracetamol. Continuous fever needs to be found out the cause of fever because of fever can be caused due to: dengue fever, typhus, respiratory tract infections, urinary tract infections, ear infections, infections of the lining of the brain. Therefore, if the fever continues, there are signs of dehydration, the child is limp, the child is not active, repetitive vomiting, then consult the child to a pediatrician to get an examination directly and the doctor can propose a blood check to find out the exact cause of your child's complaints. It is better if you do not give medicine to children without doctor's advice, keep giving milk / drink to children, keep clean eating / drinking tools for children.
