Hello Donny Chandra Permana
Thank you for your question
Acne is a skin problem characterized by the appearance of spots on several parts of the body, such as the face, neck, back, and chest. These spots can range from mild, such as blackheads and whiteheads, to severe, pus-filled spots and cysts (fluid-filled sacs), where these pimples can leave scars. Acne on the neck is usually triggered by the habit of not cleaning the neck regularly, especially when sweating. In addition, acne on the neck can appear due to the use of hair products, moisturizers, sunscreens and make-up which cause clogged pores and oil production in the body. Acne on the neck can also be affected by long hair in contact with the neck or hormonal changes, stress, diet, medications and heredity. So indeed the factors that cause the appearance of acne on the neck are quite a lot and to prevent the appearance of acne these risk factors should be avoided (except for heredity, because it cannot be avoided and changed). You can use acne medications to treat acne, which are generally sold over-the-counter. Usually these drugs are in the form of creams, gels or lotions, which contain benzoyl peroxide, salicylic acid, or sulfur. In addition, you can also check with a dermatologist to get the right medicine. The doctor may give you antibiotics (according to indications) and a doctor's prescription ointment. Given your long hair, then you have to be extra in doing skin care. Make sure your hair is not always wet and make your skin moist. If it is necessary, you should cut your hair until the neck area is free of hair. Also make sure you don't squeeze your pimples.
If indeed the complaint of acne on your neck still persists, you should consult a dermatologist.
Hope this answer helps you.
