Polycystic disease refers to a condition where there are more than one cyst on the ovaries or ovaries of a woman. This polycystic condition is triggered by several possibilities. Starting from heredity, insulin disorders, to hormonal balance problems. What's even more confusing is that this polycystic condition also causes disruption of the hormonal balance itself. So these two conditions influence each other.
One of the concerns is that this polycystic disease is an obstacle for a woman to have children. Therefore it is important to intervene against this condition. One of the simplest is to change your diet and lifestyle. Obesity or just mild obesity triggers polycystic conditions. Regulating food patterns and choices are steps you can take to help normalize, especially regarding the hormone insulin.
