Overcoming Black Fingernails?
I want to ask, why are my nails black but the black is very similar to my skin, how do you think I can make it white again?
Hello Hisham, Thank you for your question on HealthReplies.com
Fingernails are generally translucent white, but if your nails are the color of your black skin, the possible causes are:
Fungal infection Lack of nutrition or nutrition Effects of using nail polish too often Changed nail pigment Melanoma Nail trauma Heart disorders If your nails are blackened, accompanied by itching, pain, or make you feel insecure, you should consult a dermatologist for an examination and the cause can be identified.
Some of the things you can do are:
Diligently clean fingers Avoid using nail polish too often Eat nutritious food Drink lots of water Thank you, hopefully useful. dr.Nurmarwiyah
