Good morning, I am a 22 year old woman, it’s been almost 8 months I always have bad thoughts I’m afraid of getting sick so if I have a little pain or a lump I always take it straight to a specialist the result is the doctor said it’s okay and I can just calm down for only 1 day the next day I’m worried again and I’m also looking for info on Google and it actually makes me even more scared and sometimes I get carried away with dreams of death, how can I handle it? because this is very annoying
