Overcoming Excessive Fear Of Others Accompanied By Suicidal Thoughts?
Hello, I want to ask. Why do I suddenly feel afraid of people who won’t do me any harm? Sometimes I feel short of breath and want to cry feeling depressed not daring to look into the eyes of others and have wanted to commit suicide. Like it happens suddenly, after a few minutes back to normal and a few minutes later again like that. Please help
Thank you for the question.
Feelings of excessive fear such as wanting to be harmed by people, to shortness of breath, crying without cause, difficulty interacting face-to-face with others, even the urge to commit suicide may be indicative of psychiatric disorders, such as delusional disorders, paranoid schizophrenia, excessive anxiety disorders, depression, somatoform disorders, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder, and psychotic disorders due to drug or alcohol abuse. It is not yet clear what exactly triggered these conditions. However, genetic factors, certain personality types, parenting patterns since childhood, unhealthy lifestyles, and abnormalities in the production of chemical compounds in the brain are thought to strongly influence it.
Before it gets worse, you should check your complaint directly to a doctor or psychiatrist. Through in-depth psychiatric interviews or some other investigations, often doctors are able to distinguish which conditions are still reasonable, and which are truly included in psychiatric disorders. Based on this examination, appropriate handling can be given later.
In the meantime, do it first:
Cultivate positive thinking, including yourself, others, and God who created your life destiny
Get busy fixing yourself, don't be fixated on other people's judgment
Fill your day with positive activities, including studying, working, exercising, organizing
Don't be aloof, daydreaming, daydreaming, and complaining
Rest assured, other people also have their own life tests, so that no one really focuses on paying attention to your life
Do good to others, so that you are treated well by others
Do things that make you relax, such as by going on a hobby, taking a vacation, praying fervently, and hanging out with loved ones
Stay away from drugs and alcohol
Live a healthy lifestyle in your daily life
Hope this helps ...
