, I am 20 years old, I work as a restaurant server everyday for 8 hours, but I can sleep for up to 12 hours a day without pausing to wake up, is that reasonable? Because I hear that if I sleep well it is 8 hours, 8 hours is one time sleep or can be for some time y, I guess what can I do so that my sleep patterns better y?
