Hello Niken! Thank you for asking at HealthReplies.com.
A person's sleep needs can vary and can be influenced by the person's daily activities. When doing more activities than usual, when stressed, or when you are not feeling well, your body needs more sleep. However, if there are no different things, maybe sleeping too long is a sign of disruption to your body. It is recommended that you consult with the nearest doctor to be examined directly. Meanwhile, try to avoid cigarettes and alcohol. You also should not consume tea, coffee, and chocolate for a while. When sleeping, dim your room lights. Make a comfortable atmosphere and temperature for sleeping. Try not to eat in 3 hours before bedtime. Make a regular bedtime, always sleeping at the same time every day can help you. Try to set an alarm or have someone in your house wake you up at the same time every day (including holidays).
That's all information from me. I hope this helps.
