That’s why I guess, how come I feel so forgetful that I am bad. thank you

Senility is often associated with increasing age because the brain is not working as well as the previous age. However, many factors that affect memory can last long or not. Here are some factors that make it easy for someone to forget or not remember something:
Each individual does have the ability to remember something different. You could say a talent, it can be seen as someone who is easy to remember or memorize something. The will is very individual. The information received is considered important and received either by listening or seeing when the person is really aware and awake. There is a disturbance when receiving the information. Doing multitasking is not easy, it needs getting used to. However, some individuals are unable to remember when accompanied by other activities or activities. Not really in a focus condition in receiving this information. Side effects of consuming alcohol The use of certain drugs. Taking several types of drugs such as antidepressants, sleeping pills or painkillers can increase the risk of memory loss. The existence of certain stress or psychological pressure. Previous head injury Lack of certain nutrients such as Vitamin B12. Try to re-examine which factors might be the cause of the complaints you are feeling right now. Lack of focus, especially on special attention to problems you experience at a young age. Besides stress and lack of sleep are also a consideration about your condition. However, if your condition worsens and is deemed necessary then it never hurts to consult directly with a doctor. whether or not certain examinations are necessary will be adjusted to the later consultation
