Thank you for asking HealthReplies.com.
Pain in the scrotum (testicles) can be caused by disorders of the skin, muscles, nerves, testes, and various components in it. Therefore, this condition cannot be directly treated with certain drugs. Must be checked first to the doctor, what is causing the pain.
Here are some conditions that often cause the scrotum to feel pain on one side:
Skin infections, eg genital herpes, folliculitis, chancroid
Insect bites on the skin of the scrotum
Testicular torsion (twisted testicle)
Epididymitis (inflammation of the sperm ducts)
Orchitis (inflammation of the testicles)
Hernia (protruding bowel due to weakening of the abdominal wall)
Varicocele (swelling of the scrotal veins)
Hydrocele (buildup of fluid in the scrotum), and so on
There is no specific exercise that is known to cure pain in the testicles. Sports that cause increased pressure in the abdominal cavity, such as lifting weights, sit ups, and so on are not recommended for men who experience pain in the scrotum.
Therefore, you should immediately check your complaint to the doctor for further treatment. If necessary, the doctor will do an ultrasound to be clear what triggers your pain. As a first aid, you can take pain relievers, such as paracetamol, to make you feel more comfortable. Avoid exposure to heat and friction around the scrotum, by maintaining weight and wearing pants that are not tight. Always keep your scrotum and intimate organs clean and avoid the risk of infection.
Hope it helps ya..
