Hello Tri,

Thank you for the question.

A sore throat, like a lump, until coughing appears and has difficulty swallowing most often indicates pharyngitis (inflammation of the throat). These conditions can range from triggers, ranging from excessive vocal cord stretching, allergic or irritation, viral or bacterial infections, gastric acid reflux, drug side effects, immune disorders, to certain benign or malignant tumors. In addition to pharyngitis, it can also cause an uncomfortable sensation in your throat due to other factors, such as foreign body aspiration, psychological disorders, poisoning, and so on.

In most mild cases, complaints in the throat like you do not always need to be treated with medication. You can first do the following suggestions to resolve your complaint:

Drink more warm water, may also add honey or ginger, at least 2 liters per day
Don't talk or shout too much
Eat a little but often, not too late
Don't over consume foods and drinks that are too cold, artificial sweet, greasy, spicy, especially if you are allergic
Don't lie down right after eating
Stay away from other substances that make you allergic, for example cold, dust mites, animal hair, and so on
Do not smoke
Rest more and live a healthy lifestyle in your daily life

But if the above steps are still not able to overcome the complaints that you feel, it is better to check yourself directly to the doctor or ENT doctor so that further treatment is given according to the cause huh ..

I hope this helps.
