hello, I really want to adopt a healthy lifestyle, but if I eat vegetables or fruit I feel like throwing up. I still like vegetables from burgers and for fruit I usually eat fried bananas or drink buavita juice. can I still adopt a healthy lifestyle? oh yes, I can drink 3-4 liters of water a day, is it good or bad for health?
