If in the past you have been bullied until it causes problems until now, you should ask for help from the closest person or trusted person to tell what you are experiencing so that you can feel more relieved and can also re-build self-confidence so that you can interact well with the environment. You. If you find it difficult, you can seek professional help such as a psychologist or psychiatrist to assess your condition. Later, counseling and therapy will be carried out to restore your confidence and help eliminate fears due to the conditions you have been through. The doctor will also help prescribe medication if needed.
The most important thing is the willingness to open up, increase self-confidence and don't hesitate to ask other people for help to help your condition.
