Thank you for the question on HealthReplies.com,
The existence of pain and itching around the vagina when you want to urinate can be caused by several possibilities, including:
Bacterial infections of the urinary tract can cause pain during urination, can be accompanied by fever, pain in the lower abdomen. Infection can also occur in the reproductive area which can cause abnormalities in vaginal discharge such as fishy-smelling, greenish vaginal discharge.
Fungal infections. Can cause itching during urination or around the intimate area of women, which can affect vaginal discharge as well as slight urination or pain.
Infection in the urinary tract that begins with the presence of urinary tract stones which causes a painful sensation in BAK, the frequency of BAK is often but not much urine comes out, it appears that solid stone flakes come out during BAK or pain in the lower abdomen.
The possibility of infection in the urinary tract can be given antibiotics to fight infection, but please note that the consumption of antibiotics only by doctor's instructions and after consultation with your doctor first. Ciprofloxacin is a quinolone class of antibiotics that can provide several side effects, including diarrhea, nausea, headache, bloating, painful swelling of muscles and joints, rashes around the mouth, swollen face, difficulty breathing.
If you feel the complaint is aggravating after taking antibiotics by the doctor's advice, you can go back to the doctor regarding the administration of the drug for follow-up, examination and treatment that suits your condition. Avoid changing or stopping or taking drugs, especially antibiotics, without doctor's instructions and consultation.
