Pain Around The Neck?

Hello. I am a student, 18 years old. I spend almost every time this semester break in front of the computer and cellphone. I am also working on a design for personal use using a computer, which has been in progress since 6/02/2018 until now. Usually I spend one day on one design, with no rest (except eating, praying, bathing, or getting a little tired).

Pain in the neck can actually come from the supporting structures that make up the neck. This structure consists of muscles, bones, joints and nerves. Some conditions that can cause neck pain include:
posture errors for a long time such as looking down too much, too long in front of the computer so that it makes the muscles around the neck experience tension
pinched neck nerves
neck injury
some have also linked high cholesterol levels with neck injuries
Several alternatives can be done to reduce neck pain, such as taking a warm bath to relax the muscles, using a balm, to taking a mild pain reliever such as paracetamol by paying attention to the instructions for use. It is also important to adjust the position of the pillow so that it is comfortable throughout sleep. If you experience further neck pain, with more obvious neurological complaints, we recommend that you consult a neurologist directly. Here we attach an article about dealing with back neck pain. May be useful.
