A few weeks ago, I had a hard bowel movement and accompanied by fresh blood, I went to Dr, San’s recommended to consume more water and vegetables. And I reduce foods that contain flavorings. But now, when you defecate the tip of the anus feels a bit sore, like a wound, what is the medicine to heal the wound, please help. Thanks
Thank you for asking HealthReplies.com.
Often, the appearance of fresh blood during hard bowel movements is caused by hemorrhoids, or in the medical realm it is called hemorrhoids. This condition occurs when the veins located around your anus and lower rectum experience swelling. The trigger can be due to increased pressure around the anus and rectum, apart from frequent constipation (hard bowel movements), it can also be due to frequent straining, chronic diarrhea, too much sitting, obesity, pregnancy, or frequent anal sex. Some hemorrhoids sufferers can also experience a lump resembling flesh that comes out of the anus, can be recurrent or appear continuously.
Hemorrhoids, can cause sufferers to feel uncomfortable sensations around the anus. This sensation can be mild, which is limited to itching or lumping. However, if the hemorrhoid is inflamed, it can also cause pain, burning, or heat which is very disturbing.
Not only hemorrhoids, your current complaints can also occur due to other causes, for example anal fissure (tear of the anal wall or lower rectum), anal abscess (pus-filled sac around the anus that appears due to infection), anal fistula (the formation of a duct abnormal connecting the anus with other organs), infection or malignancy (cancer) around the anus, and so on.
Doctors who examine you directly, of course, will better know the exact cause of your current complaint. Therefore, if you have undergone a doctor's advice but your complaint has not improved, you should check your complaint again with your doctor. If it is true that the cause of your complaint is hemorrhoids, your doctor will likely refer you to a digestive surgeon to get the best management.
In the meantime, try the following:
Keep drinking more, eat vegetables and fruit Even though it feels painful, never hold your CHAPTER --- this action can harden your CHAPTER Keep your anal area clean properly Avoid anal sex Avoid obesity Do not sit too much Take paracetamol to relieve pain ( if deemed necessary) Hope it helps yes ..
