Pain During Intercourse In Pregnant Women?
Since I was pregnant, how come I have been having sex, it keeps hurting, right, that’s a sign of pain, right? .. Do you think there is a cure or not? #thk
Good morning, thanks for asking at HealthReplies.com. Pain during sexual intercourse can be caused by various things, ranging from chlamydia infection, trichomoniasis or fungal infection. Inflammation of the female organs can also cause pain during sexual intercourse.
But if you are pregnant, there are other possibilities. In pregnant women, blood flow to the pelvic area becomes much more to support pregnancy . Not to mention the enlarged uterus due to the pregnancy process makes the position of your cervix change and these things can cause pain.
So you don't have to worry about this condition because after pregnancy, generally the discomfort will go away by itself. But if the pain you feel is followed by discharge, fever, bleeding or an unpleasant odor, immediately consult a doctor for further examination. I hope you and your family are always healthy.
That's all, hope it helps.
