Hello Mr Pitroh,
Pain in the teeth and gums come and go, such as after chewing cold drinks, inflamed red gums may be caused by several things: Sensitive teeth or sensitive tooth roots. Gingivitis or inflammation of the gums. Tooth abscess or pus formation in the gums. Dental caries or cavities. Tartar causes the roots of the teeth to wiggle loose, the gums to swell.
Check the condition of your teeth to the nearest dentist for direct oral dental examinations, if necessary the doctor will suggest dental x-rays or blood hematology. Giving drugs based on patient complaints such as giving anti-inflammatory anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), antibiotics if necessary, cleaning tartar, cleaning cavities to surgery if there is an abscess.
What you can do at home is to keep your teeth clean by brushing your teeth regularly using fluoride toothpaste after eating and before going to bed, avoiding scratching your teeth with sharp objects, using dental floss or toothbrush. Avoid hot and cold foods. if you have sensitive teeth, use sensitive toothpaste and avoid sensitive foods that trigger relapse.
