Pain In The Arm?

I want to ask why my arm hurts, at first I thought it was crushed while sleeping but the pain didn’t go away for 3 weeks, and every night the pain increases and every night I wake up I can’t move my right hand, does it have anything to do with me taking a shower at night?

1 Answer:

Hello Daniel

In general, there is no direct relationship between bathing at night with pain in the arm, complaints of pain in the arm can be caused by things like the following

Incorrect sleeping position Arm muscle pain, usually due to continuous activity or work Experienced injury or trauma to the arm Joint disorders such as gout and rheumatoid arthritis such as Fibromyalgia
It is necessary to do further evaluation of yourself, to be able to ascertain the situation experienced by you. Physical examinations and medical interviews play a very big role in knowing a person's medical condition, so check with your doctor first.

Oh yeah some suggestions to do are

Reduce consumption of nuts such as tempeh, green beans, kidney beans Sleep in a supine position Do small exercises to relax your hands at work every 30 minutes for 30 seconds Give a light massage on the arm that hurts, but don't massage it too hard
May be useful
