Pain In The Body, Headache, And Often Dizziness
My doc is 25 years old. Sometimes my body is often tired, but I do not do any work, my work is not there, but why does my body often feel tired and every time I wake up in the morning all the body aches, and the head often hurts too doc, I want to ask that it’s a disease what doc? And how to treat it
Thank you for the question.
The body that often feels tired is most often caused by lack of exercise. Other factors, such as lack of nutrition, stress, hormonal fluctuations, lack of sleep, and so on can also make your body very tired even though it does not run out of heavy activity. Whereas if this complaint appears very often, accompanied by headaches and other limb pain, then the cause may also be related to an illness, for example viral or bacterial infections, fibromyalgia, rheumatoid arthritis, psychosomatic disorders, diabetes, metabolic disorders, disorders heart, kidney disorders, malignancies, and so on.
The conditions above are mild, but some are dangerous. Considering your age is still quite young, it seems that the possibility of dangerous conditions is quite small. Therefore, for your own good, we recommend that you do not rush to see a doctor, so that your risk of contracting the disease (including COVID-19) can be minimized. Instead, you can try the following steps first:
Take paracetamol so that your head and body aches are reduced
Exercise discipline, at least 30 minutes every 1-2 days, with a duration, intensity, and frequency that is increased enduring
Don't eat too late, vary your type of food, drink lots
Get regular sleep and not too late at night
Expand relaxation, not to stress too much
Warm compresses on your body that aches
However, if your complaint lasts long enough, or to make it difficult for you even in mild activities, you can see yourself directly to the doctor. Maybe, later the doctor will coordinate with a neurologist or internal medicine to give you the right treatment.
Hope this helps ...
