Thank you for using the HealthReplies.com consulting service
Pain that is felt on the fingertips or parts of the nails, can be caused by various causes, including:
Previous history of trauma
There is an infection in the tissue around the nail like a hook
Disorders of the peripheral nerves at the fingertips / neuropathy
Inflammation of the bones in the segment of the finger
If the symptoms have been felt for a long time without a history of trauma, or infection, it may be caused by a disturbance in the nerves at your fingertips. Nerve disorders can be triggered by activities that you do every day and are too heavy so that it can injure nerves. Or it can also be caused by a lack of B vitamins which can cause symptoms of nerve disorders such as tingling, decreased sensation, fatigue and weakness.
If there are no other annoying complaints, try to take a break, especially on a sore finger to not be given a heavy burden of activity. If it hurts, you can compress a sore finger with painkillers. Eat foods that are healthy and nutritious and if necessary consumption of neurotropic vitamins such as vitamin B complex.
If the symptoms get worse and interfere with your activities, it is better to do an examination and consult directly with a neurologist.
So much information that I can convey, hopefully it helps
