Pain In The Hips And Thighs After Exercise?
With respect, r nDo 3 months ago I was able to start exercising for weight loss. And once was injured when warming up in the hips and thighs. As a result I felt like a pricked pain in the waist since that time I stopped exercising because I was no longer able to exercise. Because the pain has spread from the waist to the thighs and calves. Even now sometimes when walking in a long time + – 5 minutes pain is felt in the left thigh to the left calf, especially in the morning. I am a 26 year old field worker. I want to ask if it hurts and what the treatment is. r nTake mercy before
Pain that arises after exercising, at the waist and then radiating to the legs, can be caused by:
Spinal disc injury
You should check this with your doctor, to be able to find out the obvious cause. The doctor will recommend you to do examinations such as: X-ray of the spine and pelvis, CT scan, MRI, myelogram and others, according to your needs later.
This examination should be done immediately considering the condition that has lasted about 3 months, and symptoms that are quite disturbing. Treatment for back pain will be different depending on the cause. But, generally requires surgery, physical therapy, traction, nerve therapy, and others.
Keep your weight ideal, in order to reduce pain that can arise in the legs due to heavy loads.
Maintain your body position during activities, especially during heavy activities or lifting heavy objects.
Eat healthy food, enough nutrition, especially for your bone health
Avoid caffeine or alcohol, and cigarettes, which can make bones tend to become porous
