Good night,. I am an 18 year old woman. Before feeling pain in my hip area and lower abdominal area, I did therapy at Ceragem. Indeed, a few days before my therapy I fell down from a plastic chair due to being overweight, but during the fall and a week after the incident I did not feel pain at all. And after I was treated at CERAGEM 3 days ago it felt very painful in the hips and in the lower abdomen. Is the cause of pain is sitting down ,? Thank you,.

1 Answer:

Good morning, thanks for asking at HealthReplies.com. Complaints of pain in the hip, waist and lower abdomen can occur due to various things, including:

Injury to muscles and bones
Perform movements that cause muscles to be attracted
Lifting heavy loads
Urinary tract infection
Kidney stones
Urinary tract stones
Pinched nerve

In your case, indeed sitting down can be one of the causes of complaints that you experience. But you mentioned that at the time of the incident and the week after that there were no complaints at all. Though the pain that arises you should immediately feel or a maximum of one day afterwards. If you have paused more than a week, most likely the pain felt is caused by something else. Then you also have to consider whether when you do the therapy, your position is correct or not. It is not impossible that the pain comes from therapy because the temperature is too hot, the position is not right, or so forth.

Our advice, if the conditions are very disturbing, you should check with your doctor

Our advice, if the conditions are very disturbing, you should check yourself to a general practitioner. The doctor will try to dig out your medical history, do a brief physical examination and maybe support such as a urine test to make possible. The handling you will receive later depends on the results of this inspection.

Meanwhile, multiply the consumption of water, put patches or warm compresses on the painful part, may take over-the-counter painkillers and anti-inflammatory drugs by reading the rules of use listed, and maintaining ideal body weight. So, hopefully answering your question.
