Hello Maesaroh, thank you for asking to HealthReplies.com.
Let me introduce myself, Dr. Rio will answer your question.
Responding to complaints that you feel about pain in your ears, can be caused by many diseases. Some of them are :
Acute otitis media.
Otitis Eksterna.
Barotrauma.
Chronic Suppurative Otitis Media.
Mastoiditis.
My advice to you is that since you have already seen a doctor several times, you can consult an ENT specialist for further treatment. Some tests may be needed such as x-rays, or CT scan if found indications during an examination by an ENT doctor.
Some possibilities that make it hard for your ear to heal are:
Drug consumption is not according to doctor's recommendation.
A diagnostic error has occurred.
If there is a true infection, germs that attack strongly or are immune to certain types of antibiotics.
The disease is already so severe that specialist treatment is needed.
That's all the answers I can give, thank you very much :)
