Good Morning, I want to ask lately I’ve just felt something strange in my chest, every time I burp, eat, even drink it always feels like choked up and it hurts in the lower middle of the chest. In addition, the tongue feels bitter, and saliva feels more like it usually does. I wonder why ? ask for explanations and advice to treat it. Thank you :))
Good evening, thanks for the question
Complaints of pain in the gut, bloating, excessive belching, nausea, vomiting, leading to gastritis, which is irritation of the gastric mucosa. This condition can be caused by:
1. Unhealthy eating patterns such as late eating,
2. Consumption of spicy foods, eating large portions, too sour, fizzy, or bersantan food.
3. Often drink coffee and tea.
4. Bacterial or parasitic infections.
5. Long-term use of analgesic drugs and steroids.
6. Smoking and alcohol consumption.
7. Psychic stress.
To reduce the severity of symptoms you should avoid the precipitating factors above. Then to reduce stomach acid production, drugs are also needed to neutralize and suppress the production of excess stomach acid. Stomach movement disorders that cause discomfort in the stomach, bloating, belching, and rapid sensation full after eating can be avoided by reducing consumption of fatty foods.
Make further consultations with your doctor for further physical examination and the right dose of medication.
That's all, hope you can help
