Hello, thank you for the question to HealthReplies.com
The condition you are experiencing is a very normal condition that occurs when the baby has started to descend and enter the pelvis. Pain in the groin along with feeling full and depressed in the vagina will usually be more intense when you stand or walk for a long time. Another symptom that you can feel when the baby starts to enter the pelvis is that the chest that initially feels tightness becomes noticeably more relieved and you feel more and more urinating.
These conditions do not necessarily indicate that labor will happen soon. Watch for the following signs, immediately go to the hospital if you experience these signs:
There is a contraction that is getting stronger and more regular, contractions take place every 5 minutes for 1 hour. Contractions do not disappear by walking or resting. Amniotic rupture occurs or you feel the fluid seeping from the vagina. There is bleeding from a lot of vagina. Baby's movement decreases, i.e. if you feel less than 10 movements every 2 hours
So much information from me, hopefully enough answer
