Pain In The Right Testicle And Looks Big To Red?
good evening, I want to ask about the pain in the testicular area on the right and sometimes the left too, but the right is more dominant, besides that it feels bigger on the right, looks red in the testicle bag, I’ve done 2 x examinations at a house different pain, both only asked for complaints, urine tests and were given medicine. but until now I complain of pain that does not go away, the body feels tired quickly. so what kind of inspection should I do? who can know the exact disease? thanks for your time and advice.
Pain in the testicles can be caused by several possible causes including:
Orchitis or infection and inflammation of the testicles can be triggered by viruses such as mumps or sexually transmitted infections, causing symptoms such as fever, testicular pain, testicular swelling, groin pain, nausea and vomiting, pain when urinating, having sex or during ejaculation Epididymitis or inflammation of the epididymis which can cause swelling of the scrotum and the scrotum becomes reddish Varicocele or widening of the vessels in the scrotum Hydrocele or fluid buildup in the scrotum Twisted testicle or testicular torsion that causes sudden pain and can cause severe pain Urinary tract infection Epididymal cyst To be sure, seek medical attention immediately directly to a urologist where later a physical examination and supporting examinations such as blood labs, urine tests, and ultrasound or other necessary examinations such as CT scans will be carried out.
Strive to maintain the health of intimate organs, avoid wearing tight clothing or underwear and use pain relievers such as paracetamol for a while and get checked out immediately because in some cases it can affect fertility.
