Pain In The Testicles To The Abdomen And Back?
Good afternoon doctor. I am 19 years old. It’s been 2 days I have complaints of pain in the left testis. What I feel when touched is the pain in the left side of the testes or when I want to sit, and use a slightly tight cd. The testicles bag is a little bit like a “channel” than the right testis. I do not feel pain when urinating or during the chapter. but the pain feels when going to sit or lift the left leg, and if I do that the left lower abdomen also aches. Please advise and help the doctor.
Pain in the testicles can be caused by the following things:
Orchitis or inflammation of the testes. Usually caused due to infection. The swollen, red, painful sac can be accompanied by fever and pain when urinating. Torsion testis, is a serious condition, so it requires immediate medical treatment. Torsion of the testis occurs because the channel connecting the testicles is twisted. One testicles will appear more asymmetrical / not as high as the other side. Great pain. Hernia scrotalis, can appear as a complaint of a lump in the testicular sac. Caused by the discharge of the abdominal organs (most often the intestines or tissues that hang the intestines) from the inguinal canal (around the groin) which should close at the time of children. In certain circumstances, the intestine can be pinched in the area of the testicular sac, causing pain, enlarged testicular sac, nausea and vomiting. Varicocele, enlargement of blood vessels in the area of the testicular sac. Most do not give a complaint, but pain can appear. Often patients experience fertility disorders / difficulty having offspring. If complaints of pain in the testicles are accompanied by the appearance of a lump or change in the size of the testicular sacs, you should consult a doctor directly. You can take pain relievers to temporarily relieve pain. Thus the explanation from me, may be useful.
