Pain In The Waist And Head Accompanied By Nausea After Falling From The Motor?

Hello, my name is Dian. About 10 days ago I fell from the motor with my left side sleeping position. There was no bleeding, only my neck and waist hurt. About 7 hours later I was crushed and GPP. But 2 days ago my waist and head started to hurt and sometimes nausea. I went to the doctor at the clinic and was only asked “did I faint when I fell?” I replied no. I only give you medicine. Do you think that I need an x-ray or further examination, or is it enough to take medication as suggested by the doctor at the puskesmas? Thank you for the enlightenment …

Hello Dian, Thank you for the question.
Collision / fall due to motor vehicle accidents can cause injury to certain body parts, depending on the mechanism of the collision. Pain in the waist and head that you feel can be caused by injury to the muscles but it does not rule out the possibility of a more serious condition (or an injury or disturbance in the person in it) with a note that there are other symptoms that you experience. If you currently do not experience other symptoms but are just sick, you can still monitor these symptoms and treat them independently. You can do a warm compress on the affected part for 10-15 minutes, repeated 4 times a day. You can also take pain medication recommended by your doctor. It is recommended that you take adequate rest for 7-9 hours every day and avoid excessive physical activity.
If these symptoms are accompanied by severe headaches, vomiting, urine mixed with blood, abdominal pain that worsens to the point of having trouble exercising, or seizures, please immediately consult the emergency room at the nearest hospital so that you can be treated immediately. Subsequent examinations will be determined by the doctor after examining you. If the cause is already known, the doctor will provide appropriate treatment.
I hope this helps.
