I want to ask r nThis is my third question and beforehand thank you to the doctors r nI am at the age of 19th my right leg hurts or hurts like that but the pain is not too much and I can still endure it r nCalling I am a month-end boarding child It’s a crisis so I wash my own clothes when I rinse clothes, bend over there, my waist is also very sore every menstrual period, my waist is also a shock. r nContinue to follow my legs if I stand on the left side, I can but the right one doesn’t because it causes pain earlier and when I want to squat the pain comes again, sometimes whatever I do reflexively it causes pain. r nI guess that’s why? And what is the cure
Hello Nadila, Thank you for the question.
The pain that you feel can be caused by the following health conditions:
muscle pain arthritis inflammation of the tendons (tendinitis) sciatica piriformis syndrome pain spread from kidney stones Please rest your aching leg. Avoid sudden movements in your legs, avoid movements that involve a lot of movement of these joints. Do a slow squatting motion. You can apply warm compresses to the sore area or take paracetamol to relieve pain. Please see your doctor immediately if you experience pain radiating from the waist to the leg, accompanied by tingling or weakness in the legs, accompanied by complaints of urination, or if the pain lasts more than 2 weeks.
Hope this information is helpful.
