Hello … I am 19 years old, 3 days ago I experienced pain in the back of the knee to the thigh, then 1 day after that my wrist area felt sore, especially at midnight. Please explain why it is like that. thank you
Hello Tan, thanks for the question.
The condition you are experiencing is still very common and difficult to reduce it to a specific diagnosis or condition. The condition of pain in the knee to the thigh can be caused by various conditions, including:
Injury to the knee and thigh area, for example after being dropped or hit by an object.
Degenerative conditions that occur in the knee joints, for example osteoarthritis. This condition can cause pain and tenderness in the knee area.
The occurrence of nerve clamping in the pelvis that extends to the buttocks and legs, including the thighs and muscles, is commonly known as the sciatica / sciatica.
other injuries to the knee area, such as patella tracking syndrome (the occurrence of injury to the patella)
Furthermore, the condition of the wrist pain that you experience can also be caused by several things, including:
Injury or trauma, for example after falling and resting on the wrist. This can lead to shifting of bones to fractures
Gout disease, usually there is swelling in the related area and feels very painful
Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, usually occurs when the hands are subjected to repeated pressure
Injuries due to monotonous and repetitive activities
Arthritis or inflammation of the wrist joints
It is better if you have these conditions checked by the doctor directly, yes, because this must be examined carefully so that the cause can be determined and appropriate treatment. If there is excessive pain that interferes with your activities, consult a doctor immediately.
I hope this helps.
