Pain Moves In The Hands, Arms, Back Of The Neck, Chest?
It’s been a week my body often aches but moves around and it only takes a few seconds. Pain starts from the hands, arms, back of the neck, right chest, abdomen, legs, cheeks, even chin. Previously I had experienced heart palpitations for a week and after checking the ultrasound, I have abnormalities in the heart valve (MVP), but a normal EKG. maybe there is an influence from the disorder that I experienced or there are psychological factors? Thank you.
Good evening hsnalbukhori, thank you for asking at HealthReplies.com.
Read the complaints that you feel, it can be a symptom that does accompany an abnormality in your heart (in this case the chest pain you feel), but it can also be a symptom of other conditions such as:
Muscle disorders in places where you feel pain Impaired perception of pain in the nerves Rheumatic diseases Gout disease Psychosomatic virus infections and others To further re-ascertain which conditions are causing your complaints, you should check with your doctor. You may be asked again to do some other tests to determine whether your complaint is caused by a heart disorder that you are suffering from or not. After your condition is determined through a physical examination and also a number of additional examinations, the doctor will decide what therapy is most appropriate to overcome the particular condition that you are experiencing. Your doctor may also consult you with a specialist to ensure you get optimal therapy.
At this time, it is recommended to:
Avoiding stress Regular exercise with the type of exercise that has been recommended by your doctor for your heart condition. Eat and drink nutritiously and as directed. If pain is felt to interfere with your activities, it can be helped reduced by taking paracetamol according to the dose. If you feel persistent pain in the left chest who spreads to the left arm or chin, accompanied by cold sweat and or shortness of breath, immediately go to the hospital emergency room Hope it helps.
