Regards,
The presence of complaints of pain or pain under the chest cavity, may be caused by a disturbance in your stomach, so that you feel pain or discomfort in your upper abdomen. Accompanying complaints may be accompanied by nausea, loose stools, headache, backache, and possibly decreased appetite. However, all of this needs to be confirmed directly with your family doctor's examination.
Some of the conditions below, can also cause the same complaints, such as:
1. Gastrointestinal infection
2. food poisoning
3. Abdominal muscle disorders
4. liver and/or bile disorders
5. respiratory disorders
With a direct examination by this doctor, the doctor can evaluate and plan further examinations that are needed, such as blood tests or ultrasound. Treatment will be given according to the results of the examination obtained.
What you need to do is:
1. avoid spicy food, noodles, meatballs, coffee, fried rice, pecel
2. avoid stress or anxiety
3. Avoid sleeping late
4.idealize your weight
