Thank you for asking HealthReplies.com.
If you have a history of falling with your foot as a support, then it is likely that the difficulty walking that you are currently experiencing is related to your previous history of injury. The causes of this pain can be due to a fracture or fracture of the foot, dislocation of the foot joint, plantar fasciitis (inflammation of the connective tissue that extends from the heel to the toes), pinched nerves (for example tarsal tunnel syndrome), tendinitis (inflammation of the tendons), bursitis, and so forth.
It requires a physical examination by the doctor directly as well as radiological tests, such as X-rays, CT scans, and so on to ensure the possible post-fall effects above.
Apart from the after effects of an injury (i.e. from a fall), it can also be due to other factors, such as:
Neuritis calcaneus Infections, for example dengue fever, chikungunya, leptospirosis lumbosacral radiculopati osteomyelitis (bone infection) Rheumatoid arthritis (inflammation of the joints due to autoimmune disorders), etc. As explained above, you should not massage your feet until it is clear that the trigger is the pain. It would be much better if you check with your doctor first for a thorough evaluation. Massaging sore feet, it is feared that it can cause disturbances in your feet to get worse, not the other way around.
Currently, you can first compress your sore leg with ice cubes. Make sure you use comfortable footwear, soft padding, and not too narrow. Always maintain your ideal body weight so as not to put excessive strain on the sore leg. You can also take paracetamol so that the pain in your legs eases.
Hope it helps ..
