Hello Zakia, Thank you for the question.
Your symptoms may be your body's normal response to stress or be caused by panic attacks. The body has a fight or flight response or defense or fight response to external threats in your case of psychological stress. This response is formed due to the activation of the nervous system and endocrine which causes a number of symptoms such as palpitations, difficulty breathing, suffocation, nausea. abdominal pain, dizziness, or trembling. However, if you experience excessive fear of the stressor then this might just be a panic attack. After a panic attack, sufferers can experience fatigue. Sufferers can also feel fear that similar symptoms will reoccur. In addition to high stress levels, a person's risk of experiencing panic attacks can also occur if the person has genetic / hereditary factors, experienced a traumatic event in the past, consumed caffeinated or alcoholic drinks, drug abuse.
If this complaint arises, please try to do breathing techniques to help relax your mind. You are advised to consult a doctor if this complaint occurs repeatedly and is difficult to control. The doctor will conduct a question and answer and examine you, including blood and EKG tests to find the cause. After ascertaining the cause, the doctor will provide appropriate treatment.
You are advised to manage stress well; try to share with the people closest to you if you have certain thoughts. Exercising regularly can also help relieve psychological stress. Avoid consumption of caffeinated and alcoholic drinks and avoid drug abuse.
I hope this helps.
