Thank you for the question.
Phlegm throat accompanied by mild diarrhea is not really a typical sign that you are experiencing COVID-19. However, if in the last 2 weeks you feel that you have been in contact with sufferers / suspects of COVID-19, and if you live / have traveled to an area with an outbreak of COVID-19, then you still need to be aware of your possibility of contracting this disease.
Aside from COVID-19 (a disease caused by a new Corona virus), various viral or bacterial infections, allergies, excessive eating of spicy foods and artificial sweetness, irritation of the airways or digestive tract, gastric acid reflux, Crohn's disease, anxiety or stress excessive, and so can also trigger complaints as you experience today.
To improve, we suggest that you do it first:
Don't shout or talk too much
Drink more warm water and eat fruits more diligently
Don't eat and drink cold, spicy, gummy, greasy and fatty foods
Make sure you only eat and drink that is clean and perfectly cooked
Do not always do activities outside the home, except when urgent
Stay away from food and other substances that make you allergic
Calm your mind, don't stress
However, if diarrhea occurs very massively, or if there is a high fever for more than 3 days and annoying tightness, or if you feel you have a risk factor for contracting COVID-19 (as mentioned above), you should check yourself directly to doctor or doctor of internal medicine in order to be handled well huh ..
I hope this helps.
